Recognition

to the best in member service. Of course, we recognize your contribution in

- Recognition Night and Week
Recognition Night and Week
We take our day-to-day employee recognition up a notch at our legendary Recognition
Night, the grand finale of Recognition Week. All week long, Vancity employees
are encouraged to recognize and acknowledge their co-workers both formally and
informally.
On Recognition Night, up to 2,000 employees from the Vancity Group get together to celebrate successes, contributions, and co-workers and peers. At the event, activities to participate in and the opportunity to mix and mingle with your co-workers and peers from across the organization.
