Vancity's values
Vancity isn't like any other financial institution. We live our values
in how we do business. We're not afraid to be different – in fact,
we embrace our differences. We have a spirit that motivates us to give our best
service to members every day. It's our values that attract many people
to Vancity – and keep them with us.

working with a member-owned financial co-operative. In fact, every Vancity
employee is a Vancity member. That means you're a co-owner of
the credit union who has a say in how your credit union is run and a stake in
our success.
