Ready for a break? Determined to take that long-postponed trip of a lifetime?
We won't stand in your way. At Vancity, all full-time employees enjoy
a minimum of 3 weeks paid vacation and part-timers receive vacation pay.
As part of our flexible benefits plan, you can also purchase up to five (5)
additional vacation days every year by transferring unused health benefits coverage.
And, you'll receive a bonus week of vacation when celebrating your tenth
year with us, which is repeated every five years afterward.
Care days
At Vancity, we know you may need to take time off to care for yourself or a loved one. That's why we offer our employees care days. As a member of the Vancity family, you will begin to accrue care days after your permanent start date.
