Performance management
We have a comprehensive performance management program that supports your
professional growth and development throughout the year.
Employees and managers meet regularly during the year for performance review
sessions. As part of the review process, managers and staff agree on things
like behavioural, performance and development goals. This Performance Partnership
helps employees measure their success, identify their training needs and provide
feedback to their managers. Managers provide ongoing coaching, feedback and
recognition throughout the year.
The annual performance review provides the basis for salary adjustments and recognition for your contribution to the organization.
