To help ensure you have the training and education you need to do your job
and advance at Vancity, we offer tuition subsidies to our permanent employees.
Vancity will not only provide you with tuition subsidies for courses related to your current position, but we'll also offer you a subsidy for courses not related to your current job, so that you can develop your skills and pursue more senior roles. You and your manager will work together to plan your career development at Vancity.
Depending on the role, we may support your career development with:
- reimbursement for professional association dues
- career planning services
- in-house and online training
Our in-house training program also covers a range of subjects, including leadership
training, financial services and management training.
